Triple and dual stage filters*under/above counter* can be configured to suit any source water. Dual stages with out the UV option may contain GAC and KDF, offering a short life and lower cost. The long life under counter version for city water follows:

Stage One, the first of three cylinders is the GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) filter which absorbs chlorine and chloramines, THM*s, and TCE, typically lasting one year.

Stage Two KDF removes a wide range of contaminants while leaving minerals intact; neutralizes Chlorine, Chloramine; provides a redox effect, inhibits bacteria growth mold and fungi, reduces iron, hydrogen sulfide and heavy metals,  using a media of high purity copper and zinc formulations. Typical life expectancy is one year.

Stage Three is FilterSorb SP3 anti-scale media which transforms calcium and magnesium ions into Nanocrystals which are stable and cannot attach to pipes, surfaces, hardware, fixtures, or other components while carrying scale deposits away in the water flow. Typical life expectancy is one year. Cost $299.00 USD

Stage Four is an option at the top, where UV disinfection lamp destroys any remaining waterborne biological contaminants. Typical lamp life is over one year using a 120 volt outlet. Cost $399.00 USD

For other water sources, custom combinations can be built to suit any application including well water of varying quality where a pre-filter extracts sediment and rust down to 5 microns, or many other needs.
